Refund policy
PLEASE NOTE:
Depending on the nature of the situation, I can offer to correct the issue at hand. if there is no other option and it cannot be rectified, then a partial refund will be given. The reason why it is partial is so it covers the cost I've had to spend on the stock etc. If this should occur, I will work out how much everything has cost and give you remaining.
Not all enquires will be deemed fit for a refund and a credit note or transfer to another date/time will be arranged but if the balloon has popped, burst or deflated, then all I can offer is a replacement at no extra cost or to come and rectify what has been damaged.
I will not deal with people that are being rude or uncooperative with myself and this will be taken seriously. if such behaviour should occur, no partial refund or credit note will be given. we will simply terminate the booking.
We will not allow you to return any balloons purchased by myself. Once the event is over, the balloons are yours to keep. If I have hired out props etc, I will only be collecting those and not collecting the balloons. you will need to specify at the check out If you wish for me to dispose of the balloons (for easel bookings)
